Basic Terms
Hosting's Elite web hosting provides customers with space in which will only be used for lawful purposes. The laws and regulations of the United States of America prohibit illegal material and misuse of our services. Illegal material includes, but is not limited to; pornography, pirated programs, pirated music, pirated documents, or any other material that is copyrighted by it's owner.
All plans provided through Hosting's Elite come with predetermined bandwidth and space. If you exceed the allotted bandwidth your site well be suspended until the end of the month. Most of the customer features are listed on this site. All email featues are not to be abused or mistrated through SPAM or any other illegaul use. IRC chat rooms, shells, or bots are also strictly prohibited. Any account or accounts fround violating these terms shall result in immidiate termination without a refund.
Hosting's Elite reserves the right to refuse, terminate, and suspend services are out sole discretion. We also reserve the right to change/modify/revise our fees and terms of service without notice.

Information on Payments
We accept the following payments; paypal (preferred), credit card, debit card, money order, cash, and check.
You will be billed every month (or otherwise depending on your billing cycle) through e-mail. Your amount will be due on the day that you registered your domain (or when your first payment was recieved).
Failure to make payments within 10 days of your due date will result in temporary account suspension. If payments have not been received after 30 days of the billing date, the account will then be terminated and a $15 re-activation + one (1) month hosting fee will apply. If this does happen please note that all of your previous data will not be restored.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not given for Reseller accounts. Refunds will only be to Shared accounts if it has been less that 10 days that the website has been online.
Domains are non refundable, so please be sure to choose wisely.

Account Cancellation
You may cancell your account at anytime. Please not e that if you decide you want to re-open your account a $15 re-activation + one (1) month hosting fee will apply and all of your previous data will not be restored.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that Hosting's Elite may come accross will be kept private and will not be passed along to a third party. If you pay via credit or debit card please note that we will not be able to see any of your personal information.

Disclaimer
Hosting's Elite will not be held liable for any damages your business may suffer. Any data loss that may occur from server interruptions or anything else, we are also not liable for. There are no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the services Hosting's Elite provides.
